The staple cartridge is a supply. Customers must replace the cartridge when the staples are depleted.

  1. Turn off the product.

  2. Push the release button located on the top and center of the stapling mailbox and pull the mailbox out slightly, ensuring it remains anchored top the product.

  3. Open the stapler door by pushing the release button located at the bottom-right of the door.

  4. Remove the staple cartridge by lifting it up and out by the green handle.

  5. Remove the replacement staple cartridge from the package and recycle the defective or empty staple cartridge as indicated in the replacement packaging.

  6. Reinstall the staple cartridge, and then close the stapler door.

  7. Slide the mailbox in until it clicks into place.

  8. Turn the product on. The stapling mailbox should be operational.
