Use the following procedure to check for paper in all possible jam locations in the stacker or stapler/stacker. When a jam occurs, the control panel displays an animation that assists in clearing the jam.

  1. At the back of the product, open the door on the stacker or stapler/stacker, and then open the rear output bin.

    Open the rear doors

  2. Carefully remove any jammed paper.

    Remove the jammed paper

  3. Close the door on the stacker or stapler/stacker, and close the rear output bin.

    NOTE:

    The output bin must be pushed down into the lowest position for printing to continue.
