Click the File menu and select the Print option from the menu.
Verify that the proper printer is selected, then click the Preferences or Properties button. The button has different names in different applications.
Click the Output tab.
Verify that Face Down (Faster) is selected.
Select an output bin, if desired. (Mailbox Mode only.)
Select a Staple or Punch option. (Staple option shown here.) Notice that the locations of the staples is highlighted in the Printing Preferences window.
Select an available Punch option, if desired. Notice that the locations of the holes is highlighted in the Printing Preferences window.
Click the OK button.
Select any desired options and settings from the Print dialog box.
